About Me

I have been joyfully married to my wife, Kyara, since 2015, and we are blessed with two children, Evangeline and Hosea, with a third on the way. I cherish reading, cooking, exploring God’s creation, and sharing meaningful time with family and friends. For the past decade, I have been privileged to serve as an Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Worship Minister in Florida, driven by a passion to see God glorified in every generation through the worship and holiness of His church.

Worship Ministry Responsibilities

  • Prepare, oversee, and lead the weekly order of service.

  • Lead and organize the worship team, including volunteers and the sound and equipment teams.

  • Steward the worship ministry budget effectively, including purchasing resources, maintaining equipment, and planning special projects.

  • Plan, prepare, and lead worship for special services such as Easter, Christmas, weddings, and funerals.

  • Schedule and lead regular meetings with worship team members to cultivate growth, unity, and excellence in service.

Youth & Children Ministry Responsibilities

  • Teach weekly Bible studies for youth, utilizing expository and engaging methods to deepen their understanding of Scripture.

  • Oversee the purchase, implementation, and evaluation of children’s church curriculum for teachers, ensuring it aligns with biblical teaching and developmental appropriateness.

  • Direct large-scale children’s events such as Vacation Bible School (VBS), fun family days, and other outings that foster community and spiritual growth.

  • Plan, schedule, and lead regular meetings with parents and volunteers to equip and encourage effective discipleship at home and in ministry contexts.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee all church communications, including newsletters, emergency announcements, schedules, and bulletins, ensuring clarity and timeliness.

  • Coordinate the design and placement of banners and promotional materials for church events and worship services.

  • Manage ministry-related administrative tasks with precision, including managing directory, preparing schedules, and maintaining organized records.

  • Facilitate inter-ministry collaboration to ensure a unified approach to church initiatives and events.

Biblical and Personal Qualifications

  • Maintain and exemplify the biblical qualifications of an elder as outlined in the Pastoral Epistles (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9).

  • Cultivate a lifestyle of spiritual maturity, humility, and integrity, serving as a model for others in faith and conduct.

  • Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to leadership, prioritizing the glory of God and the edification of His church in all areas of responsibility.


South Orlando Baptist Church | Associate Pastor Interim | August 2020 - November 2022

  • Preaching & Teaching: Regularly preached to the youth and the congregation, developing expository teaching for the student ministry (Matt 19:14; Rom 1:16; 2 Tim 4:2).

  • Discipleship & Counseling: Fostered discipleship relationships with parents and volunteers, providing biblical counseling on spiritual, emotional, and relational issues (Eph 6:4; Prov 22:6; 2 Tim 3:16-17; Gal 6:1).

  • Worship Leadership: Curated and led congregational worship services, selecting scripture, hymns, and spiritual songs in alignment with preaching (1 Tim 4:13; Col 3:16; Psalm 33).

  • Youth Ministry & Baptism: Discerning regeneration and spiritual growth among students, led baptisms for those with credible professions (Matt 28:18-20).

Campus Crusade For Christ / Cru | Donation Processing Analyst | August 2016 - May 2021

  • Managed and updated over 250,000 active donor accounts in the Siebel Donor system, supporting a donor base of more than one million individuals contributing to an annual giving of $514
    million.

  • Handled 50+ daily inquiries, including phone calls, emails, Siebel requests, and web inquiries, ensuring timely and effective service.

  • Served as a Worship Leader for their +500 staff Headquarters. Organized and led weekly team devotionals and discipleship groups, fostering spiritual development within the department.

  • Collaborated with team leads to identify and implement donation service improvements, enhancing overall donor and staff experience and operational efficiency.

  • Trained and mentored new employees on company procedures, policies, and best practices to improve team performance and efficiency.

  • Curated and organized mid-week and Sunday morning worship services, selecting songs, scripture readings, and other liturgical elements to align with the theme and purpose of each service.
